Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Regional Showroom Manager to lead and optimize our showroom operations across the region. This pivotal role focuses on driving sales growth, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring the seamless execution of our brand standards in all showrooms. You will work remotely, collaborating with showroom teams to develop strategies that align with our company's mission and vision.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational performance of multiple showrooms within the region, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
- Lead, train, and mentor showroom staff to enhance their skills and drive exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize showroom sales while maintaining cost control measures.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that drive foot traffic and increase brand visibility.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure adequate stock availability for each showroom.
- Regularly report on showroom performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in retail management or showroom operations, with a proven track record of driving sales and team performance.
- Strong understanding of showroom best practices and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in a multi-location management role.
- Familiarity with CRM and inventory management systems.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Experience with retail management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and strategy development.
