Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Roofing Foreman to join our dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing roofing projects from start to finish. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage roofing crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Inspect job sites to assess conditions, plan work activities, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

- Train and mentor team members on roofing techniques, safety practices, and equipment use.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in roofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and installation practices.
- Proven track record of successfully managing roofing projects from inception to completion.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- OSHA certification and other relevant safety training.
- Experience with commercial roofing systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with roofing tools and equipment, including lifts, scaffolding, and safety gear.
