Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisor for Sewer Pipe Installation to oversee and manage the execution of sewer pipe projects in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of sewer infrastructure, optimizing project workflows, and maintaining high safety and quality standards while leading a team of skilled professionals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of sewer pipe installation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Lead a remote team of installation professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to maintain a high standard of work.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in sewer pipe installation or related field, with a proven track record of successful project supervision.
- Strong knowledge of sewer installation techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Experience managing remote teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Preferred:
- Certification in construction management or a related field.
