Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in screen printing or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team while maintaining high standards of quality
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced production environment, particularly in textiles or promotional products
- Knowledge of color theory and ink mixing principles
- Familiarity with digital printing technologies and their integration with screen printing processes
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using screen printing machinery and related tools
- Experience with color separation software and graphic design programs
