Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Retail Marketing Manager to support our marketing team in executing strategic initiatives that drive customer engagement and sales growth at our retail locations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the brand presence and optimize marketing campaigns tailored for the retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of retail marketing strategies that align with overall brand objectives
- Support the planning and implementation of promotional events, in-store displays, and marketing collateral
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively communicated and executed at retail locations
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in retail marketing or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software
Preferred:
- Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Creative mindset with a passion for retail marketing
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and reporting software
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
