Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Residential Mortgage Manager to join our dynamic mortgage team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in mortgage lending or banking, with a focus on residential mortgages.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, compliance regulations, and underwriting processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using mortgage software and systems.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within a mortgage environment.
- Certification as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
- Familiarity with automated underwriting systems.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in mortgage processing software such as Encompass or similar systems.
- Experience with loan origination systems and CRM platforms.
