Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented VP of Residential Mortgage Operations to lead our mortgage division at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in mortgage operations, with a proven track record of leadership in a senior management role.
- Deep understanding of residential mortgage processes, including underwriting, processing, and closing.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management in the mortgage industry.
- Experience in leveraging technology to enhance operational processes and customer experience.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead teams through periods of change and growth.
- Experience with digital mortgage solutions and FinTech innovations.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in mortgage loan origination systems (LOS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and reporting software to drive insights and decision-making.
- Familiarity with automation tools and technologies that streamline operational workflows.
