Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Reservation Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and maximizing revenue. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure that our reservation processes align with company standards and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of reservation sales agents, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Implement and optimize reservation strategies to enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and setting development goals for team members.
- Analyze sales metrics and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of promotional initiatives.
- Manage escalation of complex customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in sales or customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and driving team performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Preferred:
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and CRM software.
- Leadership training or certifications.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with reservation management systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) and CRM tools.
- Understanding of sales funnel management and customer relationship best practices.
