Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and reservation software
Preferred:
- Experience with property management systems (PMS)
- Familiarity with hotel operations and services
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
