Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Repair Technician to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in diagnosing and repairing electronic devices, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service and quality to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on various electronic devices to identify issues and necessary repairs.

- Maintain accurate records of repairs, including parts used and time spent on each repair.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or coursework in electronics is a plus.
- Basic understanding of electronic components and devices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a repair or technical support role is a plus.
