Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Director of Recreational Therapy to lead and innovate our therapeutic recreational programs. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Recreational Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recreational therapy, including supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- Current certification as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS).
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions, program development, and outcome assessment.
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proven track record in grant writing and securing funding for therapeutic programs.
- Familiarity with emerging trends in recreational therapy and their application in clinical settings.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
