Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Demonstrated experience in managing surgical teams and departmental operations
Preferred:
- Fellowship training in reconstructive surgery or a related subspecialty
- Active involvement in clinical research and published contributions to surgical journals
- Strong experience in developing educational programs for surgical trainees
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in advanced surgical techniques, including microsurgery and flap reconstruction
- Proficient in the use of surgical technologies and tools, including 3D imaging and simulation software
