Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Reconciliation to oversee our financial reconciliation processes. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data across various platforms, while implementing best practices that enhance operational efficiency and compliance within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the reconciliation team in managing the end-to-end reconciliation process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial data.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in financial reconciliation or accounting, with a proven track record of leadership.
- Strong understanding of reconciliation processes, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficient in financial software and tools, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Experience in process automation and the implementation of reconciliation technologies.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in financial reconciliation.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros for data manipulation.
- Familiarity with reconciliation automation tools and technologies.
