Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting within [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Manage audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and leverage technology to improve financial reporting and analysis.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing accounting team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA certification.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with financial planning and analysis processes.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
