Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a proven track record of cost savings and supplier relationship management.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and contract management.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools, coupled with strong analytical skills to interpret data effectively.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications such as Certified Professional Purchaser (CPP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
