Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Prosthetics & Orthotics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a prosthetics lab environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of prosthetic design, fabrication, and fitting procedures
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing multidisciplinary teams
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with digital fabrication techniques and 3D printing technologies in prosthetics
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards and quality management systems
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep knowledge of prosthetic materials and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in CAD software for prosthetic design
- Experience with digital scanning and modeling tools
- Understanding of biomechanics and its application in prosthetics
