Required and Preferred Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in propulsion engineering, including experience in leading engineering teams.
- Proven track record of successful project management in aerospace or related industries.
- Deep understanding of propulsion systems, including turbomachinery, combustion, and fluid dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance modeling and simulation tools.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience with hypersonic or advanced propulsion technologies.
- Familiarity with software tools such as MATLAB, ANSYS, or similar simulation software.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in propulsion system design and analysis.
- Proficient in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element analysis (FEA).
- Experience with systems engineering principles and practices.
