Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Project Planning Manager to lead project management initiatives at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
Preferred:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Experience in resource management and capacity planning
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques for project reporting
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams) to facilitate team communication
