Role Overview
We are looking for an Associate Professional Services Consultant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in consulting, support, or related services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with CRM software, data analytics, or project management tools.
- Familiarity with software implementation processes and methodologies.
- Understanding of industry best practices in professional services.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) concepts.
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
