Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary VP of Product Development Actuarial to lead our dynamic product development team in revolutionizing actuarial solutions. Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product development strategy for actuarial services, ensuring alignment with overall business goals

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in product development within the actuarial space, with a proven track record in leadership roles
- Deep understanding of actuarial principles, methodologies, and relevant regulatory environments
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and strong analytical skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Professional actuarial designation (e.g., ASA, FSA) is highly desirable
- Experience in a technology-driven environment or familiarity with insurtech innovations
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in actuarial modeling software and statistical analysis tools
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS for data analysis
