Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Fellowship in a recognized actuarial society (e.g., SOA, CAS) with strong technical proficiency in actuarial modeling.
- Demonstrated experience in pricing, reserving, and risk assessment in the insurance sector.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of statistical methods and financial principles.
Preferred:
- Experience with data analytics tools such as R, Python, or SAS.
- Proven ability to communicate complex actuarial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in leading teams through organizational change and transformation initiatives.
