Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Procurement to lead our procurement team and optimize our sourcing strategies. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply).
- Experience with procurement software and analytics tools.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in procurement systems and software, including ERP solutions like SAP or Oracle.
- Strong understanding of data analytics tools to drive procurement decisions.
- Experience with contract management software.
