Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous Policyholder Information Clerk to join our operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and maintaining policyholder records with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities
- Input and update policyholder information in the database accurately and efficiently.

- Assist in the preparation of reports related to policyholder data and trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and support process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of policyholder information in compliance with data protection regulations.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support or data entry roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Preferred:
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
