Role Overview
We are searching for a strategic and visionary Police Chief to lead the law enforcement agency at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive law enforcement experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of community engagement and collaborative policing.
- Strong crisis management skills and experience in emergency response operations.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives effectively.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a diverse community and a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Certification from recognized law enforcement leadership programs (e.g., FBI National Academy, Southern Police Institute).
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in law enforcement software, data analysis tools, and public safety technologies.
- Knowledge of crime analysis methodologies and community policing strategies.
- Experience with developing and implementing training programs for law enforcement personnel.
