Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of PMO to lead our Project Management Office at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive project management strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.

- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, including project prioritization and resource allocation processes.

- Direct the project portfolio management process, including tracking, reporting, and analyzing project performance metrics.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a PMO environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and programs in a complex organizational setting.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Familiarity with financial services or technology sectors.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in project management software and tools, including proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
