Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Strong understanding of fitness trends, health and wellness principles, and regulatory compliance
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience with budget management and program evaluation
- Certifications such as ACE, NASM, or similar recognized fitness certifications
