Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Manager to join our team, responsible for driving the performance strategy across our organization. This pivotal role will focus on establishing metrics, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks that align with organizational goals and objectives
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor, measure, and report on performance across various departments
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate training and workshops to educate staff on performance management best practices and tools
- Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by regularly communicating performance expectations and outcomes
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in performance management, business analytics, or a related role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing performance measurement frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with performance management software and analytical tools
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other performance improvement methodologies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Jira)
- Understanding of business intelligence concepts and performance analytics
