Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Chief Pediatric Vascular Surgeon to lead our specialized pediatric vascular surgery department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing world-class surgical care to children with complex vascular conditions, while also shaping the future of pediatric vascular surgery through innovative techniques and research initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the pediatric vascular surgery program, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and patient safety.
- Perform complex vascular surgeries and contribute to the development of novel surgical approaches tailored for pediatric patients.
- Mentor and train junior surgeons, surgical residents, and medical students, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including pediatricians, radiologists, and anesthesiologists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Engage in clinical research to advance the field of pediatric vascular surgery, publishing findings in reputable medical journals and presenting at international conferences.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- MD or equivalent medical degree with board certification in pediatric surgery and vascular surgery.
- Minimum of 10 years of surgical experience, with a significant focus on pediatric vascular surgery.
- Demonstrated proficiency in advanced surgical techniques, including endovascular procedures and minimally invasive approaches.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a surgical team and collaborating with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Preferred:
- Fellowship training in pediatric vascular surgery or related subspecialty.
