Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Patient Registrar to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate patient registration and data management, providing a seamless experience for patients as they navigate the healthcare system. Responsibilities
- Accurately register patients by gathering personal information, insurance details, and medical history

- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely patient flow and scheduling
- Address patient inquiries and resolve registration-related issues professionally and empathetically
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Support administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and reporting
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes
- Proficient in using computers and EHR systems
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or patient-facing role
- Familiarity with insurance verification and billing processes
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
