Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Patient Registrar to oversee and optimize the patient registration process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our patients. This role is critical in maintaining accurate patient information and improving the overall operational efficiency of our healthcare facility.
Responsibilities
- Lead the patient registration team, setting standards for performance and fostering a culture of excellence in patient service.
- Develop and implement registration protocols and workflows that prioritize patient satisfaction and data accuracy.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in patient registration or healthcare administration, with a proven track record of leadership.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws, and best practices for data management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in healthcare information systems and electronic health records (EHR) management.
Preferred:
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a healthcare setting.
- Certification in healthcare administration or a related field.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
- Familiarity with patient registration software and healthcare billing systems.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to generate reports and interpret metrics to drive improvements.
