Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Support the Optical Manager in training and developing team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Optical Manager to plan and execute promotional activities and visual merchandising strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in an optical retail or related customer service environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and sales tracking systems.
Preferred:
- Experience with optical lens technology and frame selection.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or management role within retail.
- Knowledge of optical dispensing practices and regulations.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Basic knowledge of optical products, including lenses and frames.
