Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field, with a valid pharmacist license.
- 5+ years of experience in a pharmacy environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical dispensing practices, regulations, and compliance.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team while achieving operational goals.
Preferred:
- Experience with pharmacy management systems and technology.
- Certification in pharmacy management or leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of inventory management and automation technologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
