Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
Preferred:
- Experience in managing hybrid work environments
- Familiarity with basic accounting practices and budget management
- Background in human resources or facilities management
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in using productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Understanding of project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) to enhance workflow
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus
