Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology to lead and shape our comprehensive women's health initiatives. This role mandates a strategic leader who will oversee clinical operations, enhance patient care protocols, and drive innovation in obstetrics and gynecology services. As a key member of our executive team, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care and safety across all practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals for women's health.
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, best practices, and quality metrics.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and continuous professional development among healthcare providers.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- MD or DO degree with board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- A minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of enhancing clinical outcomes and patient care quality in women's health.
- Experience with healthcare policy, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large teams and managing complex healthcare systems.
- Familiarity with telemedicine practices and innovative care delivery models.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
