Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology to lead our clinical team in delivering exceptional care and advancing women's health services. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all obstetric and gynecological operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- MD or DO degree with board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- 10+ years of clinical experience with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in program development, quality improvement, and strategic planning in a healthcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to advancing the field of obstetrics and gynecology through innovation and research.
Preferred:
- Experience in a large healthcare system or academic medical center.
- Fellowship training in a subspecialty area of obstetrics and gynecology.
- Proven track record of successful grant writing and research publication.
