Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
- Current RN licensure and certification in nursing administration or leadership
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare environment, with a significant focus on nursing operations
- Proven track record in improving patient care outcomes and operational effectiveness
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality assurance, and patient safety standards
Preferred:
- Doctorate in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
- Experience with change management, quality improvement initiatives, and patient-centered care models
- Prior experience in a Chief Nursing Officer role or equivalent position
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
