Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- 5+ years of experience in non-destructive testing, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
- Certification in one or more NDT methods (e.g., ASNT Level II or III)
- Strong understanding of relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., ASTM, ASME, ISO)
Preferred:
- Experience in the aerospace, automotive, or energy sectors
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and driving organizational change
- Advanced certifications in NDT techniques
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in NDT techniques including ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant testing
- Experience with NDT equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and software for reporting and documentation
