Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Music Therapist Supervisor to lead and expand our music therapy program. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Music Therapy or related field.
- Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) credential.
- 5+ years of clinical experience in music therapy, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of music therapy assessment techniques and treatment methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and staff.
Preferred:
- Experience in program development and evaluation.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation standards.
- Advanced training in specialized music therapy modalities (e.g., neurologic music therapy, community music therapy).
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in music therapy assessment tools and therapeutic techniques.
- Experience using digital tools for telehealth music therapy sessions.
- Knowledge of data analysis methods for program evaluation and outcome measurement.
