Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Mortician Supplies Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting sales initiatives by reaching out to funeral homes and mortuaries to present our high-quality products and services. Your efforts will help shape the customer experience and contribute to our mission of providing essential supplies to the funeral industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying potential customers and developing leads through research and outreach
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to funeral professionals, focusing on the value and benefits of our offerings
- Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining relationships
- Gather feedback from customers and relay insights to the product development team to improve our offerings
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment
- Basic understanding of sales principles and strategies
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Preferred:
- Experience in the funeral industry or knowledge of mortician supplies
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
