Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the hotel supplies sector. This role will be pivotal in driving market penetration and establishing lasting relationships with hotel industry clients, ensuring that our products meet their operational needs while enhancing guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets across the assigned region
- Identify and engage potential customers, delivering tailored solutions that align with their business objectives
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication
- Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations, effectively showcasing the value proposition of our hotel supplies
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide customer feedback and inform product enhancements
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the hotel supplies or hospitality industry
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Experience in managing a remote sales team
