Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CIO or equivalent role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing IT strategies that drive business results.
- Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Experience in a technology-driven industry or organization.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity measures.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
- Proficiency in data management and analytics tools, including business intelligence (BI) software.
