Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Lead Mill Recorder to oversee and enhance our mill recording processes. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely recording of mill data, facilitating communication between various departments, and driving improvements in operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the mill recording team to ensure accurate data collection and reporting in compliance with established standards.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to management.
- Develop and implement robust procedures for data collection, entry, and analysis to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on reporting requirements and operational goals.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a mill recording or data management role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
