Role Overview
We are seeking a Middle School Curriculum Coordinator to lead the development and implementation of innovative curricular strategies that foster student engagement and academic excellence. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine a comprehensive curriculum that adheres to state and national standards, promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Conduct regular assessments of curriculum effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- 5+ years of teaching experience, preferably at the middle school level.
- Strong understanding of curriculum design, instructional strategies, and assessment methodologies.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Education or Curriculum Development.
- Experience with online and blended learning environments.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools and resources.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

- Experience with data analysis tools for assessing curriculum effectiveness.
