Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of laboratory practices, procedures, and safety protocols
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Assistant (e.g., AMT, ASCP) is preferred
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS) and electronic health records (EHR)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- In-depth knowledge of laboratory testing methodologies and equipment
- Familiarity with laboratory safety regulations and quality assurance standards
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
