Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Masonry Contractor Administrator to oversee and manage all masonry-related projects within [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Establish project scopes, objectives, and detailed work plans while coordinating with contractors and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality, compliance with safety regulations, and adherence to project specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success.
- Provide technical guidance and support to contractors, troubleshooting issues as they arise and ensuring effective problem resolution.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in masonry construction management or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of masonry materials, techniques, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with contract negotiation and management.
