Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Masonry Contractor Administrator to join our team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Monitor project expenditures and assist in the preparation of budget reports
- Participate in safety meetings and ensure adherence to safety protocols on-site
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in construction administration or project support
- Basic understanding of masonry construction principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Preferred:
- Experience using project management software or construction management tools
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in document management systems and software relevant to construction administration
- Ability to generate reports and analyze project data
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software is a plus
