Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Luxury Retail Director to lead our retail operations and elevate the brand experience across all customer touchpoints. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing customer engagement, and building a high-performing retail team that embodies our luxury brand values.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive retail strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and enhances the luxury shopping experience.
- Lead and mentor store managers, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service and sales performance.
- Analyze retail performance metrics and market trends to drive decision-making and implement innovative solutions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and promotional strategies.
- Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards and optimize sales.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and luxury partners, to enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct regular training sessions to equip team members with the skills necessary to deliver exceptional service.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in luxury retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and enhancing customer experiences.
- Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and market dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial acumen to inform strategic decisions.
Preferred:
- Experience in multi-channel retail environments, including e-commerce.
- Strong network within the luxury retail industry.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
