Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective patient support.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth technology.
Preferred:
- Experience in a remote nursing role or telehealth environment.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Familiarity with chronic disease management and patient education techniques.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telemedicine platforms.
