Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care in a supportive and respectful environment. You will work closely with registered nurses and physicians to implement care plans and assist in the delivery of healthcare services.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Assist in the coordination of care with other health professionals and community resources
- Participate in patient assessments and contribute to the evaluation of patient progress
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
