Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Field Supervisor (Lease Operations) to play a pivotal role in overseeing lease operations and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This hybrid position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate field activities while managing a team dedicated to optimizing lease performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field operations teams, ensuring adherence to lease agreements and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular inspections of lease sites, evaluating operational effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in lease management and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including landowners, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of safety and operational excellence.
- Utilize data analysis to monitor lease performance metrics and drive strategic decision-making.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in lease operations or field supervision, preferably in the energy or natural resources sector.
- Strong understanding of lease agreements, regulatory frameworks, and environmental compliance.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience with GIS software and other lease management tools.
- Additional certifications in Project Management or relevant field operations.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software, including Excel and relevant ERP systems.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software for lease management and compliance tracking.
