Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Head of Early Childhood Education to lead and enhance our early education programs. This role is crucial in shaping the educational framework for our youngest learners, ensuring high-quality pedagogical practices, and fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive early childhood education strategy that aligns with our mission and goals
- Lead the design and execution of innovative curriculum frameworks that promote holistic development in children

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including parents, community partners, and educational authorities, to promote our early childhood programs

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in early childhood education, including leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development theories and best practices
- Proven ability to develop and implement educational programs that meet diverse learning needs
Preferred:
- Experience in a hybrid educational setting
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations regarding early childhood education
- Certification in Early Childhood Education or related credentials
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using educational technology tools to enhance learning experiences
- Experience with data analysis tools to assess program impact and outcomes
- Knowledge of curriculum development software and digital learning platforms
