Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Department Head for Business Studies to lead our academic programs and faculty in delivering high-quality education. This role is critical in shaping curriculum, mentoring faculty, and ensuring the department's alignment with the broader institutional goals. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- PhD or terminal degree in Business Studies or a related field, with a strong record of teaching and research.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in higher education, demonstrating a commitment to academic excellence.

- Strong understanding of accreditation processes and educational standards in higher education.
