Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Business Systems Analyst to join our team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys

- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure alignment between business and technical objectives
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the rollout of new systems and updates
- Monitor and analyze system performance and user feedback to recommend enhancements
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in a business analysis or systems analysis role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred:
- Experience with process mapping and business process modeling tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic understanding of database concepts and data management
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA or Trello
